Our gentle daily yoga practices will unwind the body and the mind, our workshops will take you on a path of self discovery. You’ll learn how to embrace space and surrender to a slower pace of life.

You’ll find yourself quickly detaching from the stresses and noises of your everyday life and instead awaken that inner voice that asks for peace, that seeks endless happy moments. Without all the outside stimulation you’ll be able to hear and embrace that voice.

You will leave feeling inspired, rested and fully in touch with your inner peace. Home life will feel happier because you will be happier.

What You’ll Experience

Gentle Yoga

Enjoy our slow paced yoga practices in a stunning 13th Century Chapel. Ranging from Slow Flow to Restorative Yoga, this offers the chance to nourish your body. Mats, blocks and bolsters are provided.

Self Discovery Workshops

Using journaling to collect your thoughts, we’ll delve into some mindset work. You’ll come away feelings inspired and a deeper awareness of the changes you are ready to make in your life.

Creative Time and Play

Bring out your creative side - yes you have one! Be present, have fun, bring out your inner child and let’s have some fun.

Wild Swims and Nature Walks

We’ll embrace the beautiful scenery around us and take a stroll around neighbouring fields, Enjoy taking a dip in the River Lynher overlooking the St German’s Viaduct.

Time to Rest

Enjoy the one thing we rarely do in our busy lives - pause, rest and just be. Erth is the perfect place to offer this. Enjoy the peace, the world feels quiet here.

Nourishing Meals

You’ll be served three yummy, soulful and nutritious homemade vegetarian meals, snacks and refreshments prepared by our retreat chef, Ania.

Accommodation and Pricing:

Your home for four days

It marries its medieval roots with a 21st century vision of offering the opportunity to live simply, wildly, immersed in the unspoilt natural landscape surrounded by wildlife .

Erth Barton’s position, is elevated on Erth hill, with views from large granite mullion windows over the River Lynher that snakes around both its sides.

The movement of the tidal river breathes in and out twice daily bringing an ever-changing landscape and light.

This place is wild.

As soon as you drive onto the peninsula, you’re entering another world.

Room options are allocated on a first come, first served basis. Most of the accommodation is located in the main house. There are also 2 luxury ensuite Shepherd’s Huts located in the field next to the main house. Please note what the huts lack in space they make up for in a peace and connection with nature. All rooms (including the huts) can be twins (perfect if you are coming with a friend or want a more cost effective option.

Please note the bathrooms for Granite and Linchen are located in the hallway (just outside the bedroom door) and may be used by your retreat hosts - this is reflected in the price.

Fern (Private Double)

Linchen (Shared Twin)

  • Our only downstairs room. Bathroom with shower located just outside the entrance door. Benefits for an additional private entrance from the front of the house.

  • £925 per person (shared occupancy). If you are attending on your own you will be paired up with another attendee who requested a shared room.

Moss (Shared Twin)

  • Spacious and bright twin room with private bathroom.

  • £950 per person (shared occupancy). If you are attending on your own you will be paired up with another attendee who requested a shared room.

Moss (Private Double)

  • £1200 private double

Oak (Shared Twin)

  • Our largest shared room with stunning views from 3 sides of the house - watch the sunset and sunrise! The spacious bathroom benefits from a shower and freestanding roll top bath. The room also has an additional private entrance from the front of the house up some stairs.

  • £950 per person (shared occupancy). If you are attending on your own you will be paired up with another attendee who requested a shared room.

Shepherd’s Huts: (1 LEFT)
(Private Double)

  • Luxury ensuite Shepherd’s Huts located in the field next to the main house. Please note what the huts lack in space they make up for in a peace and connection with nature. The huts can be twins (perfect if you are coming with a friend or want a more cost effective option). Get in touch for pricing options for sharing the huts.

  • £1200 private double

Booking & Payment Details:

To secure your place:

  • A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of £150 is due upon booking.

  • 50% of the remaining balance will be due by 2nd February 2026.

  • The remaining balance payment will be due by 2nd May 2026.

  • Balance payments can be split into smaller increments if needed

  • For any bookings made within two months of the retreat start date, full balance is required to book.

Cancellation policy:

Refunds are only available if cancellation is made 8 weeks before the retreat start date (7th May 2026), minus the £150 deposit. No refunds are possible for cancellations made within 8 weeks of the retreat.

No one books intending to cancel, but life happens - please consider travel cancellation insurance for your peace of mind.
