Women’s Awaken Retreat 2026

2-5 July at Erth Barton

Located on the Cornwall/Devon border near Saltash

Ready to remember who you are beneath all the doing?

Not the version of you that runs on caffeine and to-do lists. The one who used to pause and actually feel things. The one who knew what brought you joy before life got so damn busy.

AWAKEN is for women who've forgotten what their own voice sounds like.

You've been so focused on everyone else's needs that you've put yours on mute. You know there's more to life than this constant rush, but when did you last give yourself permission to slow down and find out what that might be?

Time to press pause. Time to remember what peace feels like.

Four days to awaken your inner peace

July 2-5th, 2026 | Erth Barton, Cornwall/Devon border

This isn't about adding more self-care to your already packed schedule. This is about stepping completely out of the noise and remembering who you are when nobody needs anything from you.

You'll reconnect with your body through gentle yoga that actually feels good. You'll rediscover your voice through workshops that go deeper than surface-level positivity. You'll give yourself permission to rest without guilt.

And you'll leave here knowing that you can choose calm over chaos, even when life gets mental again.

Because the only thing worse than feeling disconnected from yourself? Staying that way for another year.

Yoga retreat in Cornwall. Quiet and peaceful

What You’ll Experience

Gentle Yoga

Start each morning with gentle yoga in our stunning 13th Century Chapel. From Slow Flow to Restorative, this is about nourishing your body, not pushing it. Mats, blocks and bolsters provided.

Self Discovery Workshops

Using journaling to collect your thoughts, we’ll delve into some mindset work. You’ll come away feelings inspired and a deeper awareness of the changes you are ready to make in your life.

Creative Time and Play

Bring out your creative side - yes you have one! Be present, have fun, bring out your inner child and let’s have some fun.

Wild Swims and Nature Walks

Embrace the beautiful scenery around us with strolls through neighbouring fields. Take a dip in the River Lynher overlooking the St German's Viaduct - because cold water therapy hits different when you're surrounded by nature.

Proper Rest Time

The one thing we never do in our busy lives - pause, rest and just be. Erth is the perfect place for this. The world feels genuinely quiet here.

Nourishing Meals

Three delicious, soulful and nutritious homemade vegetarian meals daily, plus snacks and refreshments prepared by our retreat chef, Ania.

This retreat is time for YOU - all activities are optional and subject to change, giving you the flexibility to take what you need
