It’s no surprise we feel overwhelmed. We’re constantly “on,” constantly choosing, constantly questioning. And when life already feels too full, the mental load becomes unbearable.
A retreat strips back all that noise. For a few precious days, you don’t have to decide what to cook, what your schedule looks like, or how you’ll find time to squeeze everything into your day.
