Ready for a proper reset?

Not the kind where you reorganise your wardrobe and call it change. The kind where you actually look at your life and ask "what do I want this to look like?"

Because another year is slipping by and you're still waiting for the right time to start living differently.

RESET is for women who are done with feeling like they're living someone else's life. Done with the treadmill. Done with letting fear make their decisions.

You're successful, you tick all the boxes, you're the one everyone relies on. But somewhere along the way, you stopped asking what YOU actually want. The years are slipping by and you've been putting off that conversation with yourself.

Time for a reset. Time to start 2026 differently.

A rustic kitchen with a dining table, wooden chairs, vintage stove, and brick accents on the wall, with a large window and decorative items.

Four days to reset everything

November 7-10th, 2025 | Launceston Farm, Dorset

This isn't about having a lovely few days then slipping back into old patterns. This is where you press pause on autopilot and actually choose what comes next.

You'll reset the limiting beliefs that have been running the show. You'll reconnect with what you actually want (not what you think you should want). You'll give yourself permission to prioritise YOU without guilt.

And you'll leave here taking action on something you've been putting off.

Because the only thing worse than another year of the same? Staying exactly where you are.

What You'll Experience:

Daily grounding practices

Start each day with meditation, yoga or breath-work to reconnect with yourself and create space for what matters

Group coaching sessions

Work together as a team to overcome those limiting beliefs that have been holding you back. You're not alone in this

A pyjama party - Because why the hell not? Sometimes the best conversations happen in your PJs

Movement that shifts everything

We'll make full use of the facilities and beautiful Dorset countryside. Moving your body moves that stagnant energy you're ready to shift

Take Action Now sessions

This isn't a retreat where you have 4 days of 'being good' then slip back into old routines. You'll become the version of you who actually takes action and leave with the momentum to bring your new path to life

Nourishing meals - Yummy, soulful and nutritious homemade vegetarian meals, snacks and refreshments prepared by our retreat chef, Ania, so you can focus on yourself

Guided journaling workshops

Time to ask yourself the questions you've been avoiding and create the space needed to find the answers

Creative time and play - Bring out your creative side, laugh, dance when you feel stuck and have proper fun doing it. If you don't enjoy laughing, this honestly isn't for you!

This retreat is time for YOU - all activities are optional and subject to change, giving you the flexibility to take what you need

A tranquil yoga or meditation space with wooden beams, a large potted olive tree, mats with folded towels and blocks, bowls, and a woven basket, in a room with large windows and natural light.

You'll Leave With:

  • Clarity on your next move (not your entire life plan - just the brave step forward)

  • The courage to prioritise yourself without the guilt

  • Tools to break the patterns that keep you stuck

  • Boundaries that actually work

  • A group of women who get it and will cheer you on

This is For You If:

  • You're tired of feeling like life is happening TO you

  • You know what you want to change but feel paralysed by the how

  • You're ready to stop putting everyone else first

  • You want to take action, not just talk about it

  • You're done letting fear make your decisions

Words from our past retreat guests

  • Just a huge thanks Kat for helping me make the decision to join you, an experience I will never forget and can't wait to do it again next year!

    Alison

  • I arrived unsure, out of my comfort zone, being grumpy at home I left feeling relaxed, happy and pleased with my new achievements having spent time with such lovely ladies. Kat... you are amazing and doing this for people is truly your calling.

    Lisa

  • Loved the meals & Ania. Favourite meal was the veggie lasagne, soup & the lunch before the sound healing which was just awesome.
