AWAKEN is for women who've forgotten what their own voice sounds like.

You've been so focused on everyone else's needs that you've put yours on mute. You know there's more to life than this constant rush, but when did you last give yourself permission to slow down and find out what that might be?

Time to press pause. Time to remember what peace feels like.

Four days surrounded by nature. Quiet. Peaceful. Calm.

15th-18th July, 2027 | Erth Barton, Cornwall/Devon border

This isn't about adding more self-care to your already packed schedule. This is about stepping completely out of the noise and remembering who you are when nobody needs anything from you.

You'll reconnect with your body through gentle yoga that actually feels good. You'll rediscover your voice through workshops that go deeper than surface-level positivity. You'll give yourself permission to rest without guilt.

And you'll leave here knowing that you can choose calm over chaos, even when life gets mental again.

Because the only thing worse than feeling disconnected from yourself? Staying that way for another year.

Yoga retreat in Cornwall. Quiet and peaceful

What You’ll Experience

Gentle Yoga

Start each morning with gentle yoga in our stunning 13th Century Chapel. From Slow Flow to Restorative, this is about nourishing your body, not pushing it. Mats, blocks and bolsters provided.

Self Discovery Workshops

Using journaling to collect your thoughts, we’ll delve into some mindset work. You’ll come away feelings inspired and a deeper awareness of the changes you are ready to make in your life.

Creative Time and Play

Bring out your creative side - yes you have one! Be present, have fun, bring out your inner child and let’s have some fun.

Wild Swims, Sauna Sessions, Cold Dips & Nature Walks

Embrace the beautiful scenery around us with strolls through neighbouring fields. Take a dip in the River Lynher overlooking the St German's Viaduct - or take some time to relax in the onsite sauna and cold plunge bath.

Proper Rest Time

The one thing we never do in our busy lives - pause, rest and just be. Erth is the perfect place for this. The world feels genuinely quiet here.

Words From Our Past Guests:

  • “If you’re ever wondering whether to book a retreat… this is your sign 💕 some places are beautiful, some people are inspiring and every now and again you experience both together. Kat held the retreat with such warmth and authenticity that everyone felt seen, supported and comfortable to show up exactly as they were. And then there’s the venue at Erth… no photograph can capture the feeling of this place. I arrived looking for peace & space. I left lighter, calmer, more connected to myself & life again and was incredibly grateful to everyone who shared the experience.”

    — Maxine, 2026

  • “When I arrived was worried and stressed. When I left I felt lighter, and able to brush off negative thoughts.”

    — Kirsty, 2025

  • “This was my third year attending this retreat and each one manages to surpass the last. Such an incredible group of people and a lovely mix of human connection, yoga, journaling and creativity. I arrived feeling tired, tense and mentally all over the place and i left feeling grounded, calm and re-energised, feeling clearer in the head in generally and also having progressed a few big things on my mind. Erth really is a magical place in both beauty and spirituality and spending time there in nature with my thoughts was a privilege. Gilly's cooking was a delight. I can't wait to comeback next year.

    — Jess, 2024, 2025 & 2026

  • “Kat - you ran an amazing retreat. So much attention to detail and care and attention. Like the flowers in the chapel and welcome boxes and the programme so thoughtfully put together. I am recommending you to all! Thanks so much.”

    — Anna, 2025
