Most menopause events focus on just one thing - the hormones. The Hormone Shift is a 360° experience that bridges the gap between your doctor’s office, the gym, and your mental wellbeing.
We’ve brought together a Midwife, a Strength Specialist, and a Life Coach to ensure no part of your experience is ignored. We don't just tell you what's happening; we give you a clinical understanding, a physical strategy for strength, and the mental tools to handle the transition with confidence. It’s not just a talk - it’s a toolkit for your prime.

We’ve broken the session down into three actionable pillars to ensure you leave with a roadmap, not just a notebook full of ideas.
Define the Shift: We’ll demystify perimenopause and menopause, helping you understand your cycle fluctuations so you can be informed, not surprised.
Recognise & Reset: We’ll navigate the emotional and mental side of this transition. By shifting the narrative from feeling like something is wrong to understanding how to support your mindset, you can ditch the overthinking and find your confidence again.
Practical Strategy: We’ll dive into the how-to of physical midlife wellness. You will learn specific strategies for movement, deep core activation, and recovery that actually work with your changing hormones rather than against them.
